Child Policy (1 Nov 2007 to 31 Oct 2008)

1. Child under 4 years of age is entitled a complimentary extra bed inclusive of breakfast    
2. Child over 4 years of age additional charge for extra bed is USD55 incl. ABF
3. Maximum 2 children, one under 4 years of age and another one over 4 but not over 12 years join room with parents is allowed.
4. 2 children over 4 years of age join room with parents is not allowed in one room. Unless, accommadate in 2 rooms    
5. Extra bed and baby cot are subject to availability
6. Maximum 1 extra bed or 1 baby cot in one room
7. Every child must be mentioned upon reservation
8. Children 4-12 years of age is entitled to 50% discount of adult meal plan on food only                    

Cancellation Policy (1 Nov 2007 to 30 Apr 2008)

Valid: 01 Nov - 25 Dec 07    
            
1. 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if booking is canceled within 33 days of arrival    
2) Full period of stay will be charged for no show    
                    
Valid: 26 Dec 07 - 05 Jan 08

1) 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if booking is canceled within 48 days of arrival    2) Full period of stay will be charged if booking is canceled within 10 days of arrival or no show

Valid: 06 Jan - 30 Apr 08        

1. 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if booking is canceled within 33 days of arrival
2. Full period of stay will be charged for no show    

Check-in/Check-out Policy

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE PROCEDURES

1. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and checkout time is 12:00 (noon)                    
2. The hotel is not required to have rooms available before 2:00 pm.
3. To guarantee a room upon early arrival, the room charge of the night prior to the arrival date applies.                    
4. Late check out will be charge of 50% of the contracted rate until 6:00 pm. After 6:00 pm an additional night will be charged.
